About the Principal

Zena Dabboussy-Bardouh is the Principal of ZDB Legal Services Pty Ltd. Zena has worked for many years in the areas of Conveyancing and Property Law, Contract Management, Commercial Law, Family Law, Disputes, Employment Law, Wills and Estates as well as Debt Recovery. Zena is uniquely placed as she has worked in the Public Sector, in Private Practice, and most recently, as In-House Legal Counsel for a Heavy Engineering Company working in the area of Infrastructure. She has worked for and alongside professionals from a variety of backgrounds, together with companies from all around the world.

Zena Dabboussy-Bardouh also has vast experience in Conveyancing, and the Review and Negotiation of Contracts for the Sale of Land. She has significant experience in the ownership of property under a variety of entities, and represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties. Zena also negotiates Commercial Leases for both the Lessor and Lessee.

Zena is a highly experienced Negotiator, and is able to manage Contracts and projects (from a legal perspective) in the areas of Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, etc. She has worked on minor works involving the construction of jetties, right through to managing projects to the value of $70 million in such industries as Desalination Plants, Power Stations, Recycling Plants, Coal and Gold Mines, etc. She has been involved in the managements of projects from Concept Design, right through to fabrication, transportation, installation and commissioning.
